My assessment is that Bob and his team are HHE (Helpful, Honest and Effective. Of all the different places where we have lived over the past 55 years of our marriage in 6 different states, Bob's Automotive has been our best experience. !! He is truly 5 star.
My car broke down on the highway and I had to be towed to Bob's they were so wonderful to me. They checked my car out. It was shot. They graciously took us to a hotel. The next day someone came and picked me up, took me home (3 hrs away). Bob allowed me to keep my car safely on his lot till I could tow it home, days later. They asked for nothing, but graciously took care of two disabled ladies .. Thank You Bob's Automotive

Bob's is small physically but it's HUGE in service, professionalism, home-town care and old-fashioned concern for their customers. And above all they are trust-worthy and as honest as the day is long. Won't tAke my / cars anywhere else.
